RHC (Retiree Healthcare) New Mexico Retiree Health Care Authority (NMRHCA) offers health care to New Mexico retirees and dependents. Every paycheck, 1% of employees’ gross pay is deducted to go to NMRHCA. They offer both Medicare and Non-Medicare medical plans, as well as dental, vision and life insurance policies.
