LOPD’s team of investigators across the state can help with a wide variety of tasks, including organizing evidence, PTIs, witness location, cellphone and computer evidence downloads, and much more. Reach out to your office investigator directly or email LOPD-Investigators@lopdnm.us to get more specific directions for getting investigator services on your case.
Social Workers
LOPD’s Social Work Unit is available to help explore treatment options, housing issues, and mitigation strategy for our clients. They are a rich resource of knowledge to help clients in and out of court. Each office has at least one social worker assigned and there is a protocol to follow to get a social worker on your case.
